Uppskjutet – Kurserbjudande för ungdomsarbetare/fritidsledare!

KURSERBJUDANDE

KEKS arrangerar tillsammans med partners från Slovenien och Kroatien en vidareutbildning för ungdomsarbetare/fritidsledare bestående av fyra kurstillfällen på vardera en vecka.
Vi söker nu sex svenska fritidsledare som:

  • Ihop med kollegor från Slovenien och Kroatien, kan delta vid samtliga fyra tillfällen
  • Har minst två års erfarenhet som ungdomsarbetare/fritidsledare
  • Har tillsvidareanställning och kan läsa och tala enkel engelska

Kurserna:

  • kommer att hållas på enkel engelska, två i Slovenien och två i Kroatien
  • är kostnadsfria och resor, mat och logi ingår

Kurserna:

 

  1. What is and what is not youth work? 20 – 24 April 2020 postponed In Slovenia
    Purpose of the training is for participants to understand the common European ground of youth work. They will get to know about and discuss the definitions of youth work and youth worker as well as the scope and purpose of youth work. They will be able to recognize the core principles of youth work, as well as the differences between youth work and social work, leisure work and cultural work.

 

  1. Participation in youth work or youth work as participation? September 2020 In Croatia

The training aims to raise capacities of youth workers to contribute to positive social change within their communities. Participants will reflect on differing understanding, concepts and levels of youth participation and critically analyse practices of active participation in their own communities. The participants will also look into different approaches to include young people with less opportunities and try to identify and apply methods that promote inclusion, diversity and equality in youth work practices.

 

  1. To learn or not to learn is the question. January 2021 in Croatia

Participants will be able to understand a concept of non-formal learning in relation with formal and informal learning. They will be introduced to the concepts and methodology of different learning styles and learning preferences. They will reflect on their own learning process, will be able to understand the need for proper reflection and learn new methods to enhance the learning process among young people.

 

  1. Did we make it or didn’t we? April 2021 in Slovenia

Participants will be able to understand what is important in the process of follow up and documentation. They will get to know what should be documented in youth work and learn about different methods for follow up and how these can be used to communicate outcomes.
